Hi everyone,
In 2021, I purchased the REGULAR desktop license for Windows.
I am currently considering switching to the online version. Could you please advise whether I should purchase the "Standard" or "Advanced" option if I want to perform the same set of tasks/analyses as the REGULAR desktop license?
Additionally, could you explain the key differences between the Standard and Advanced options? I checked the license comparison table (https://ngene.choice-metrics.com/licens ... e=Academic), but I couldn't fully grasp the exact distinctions between them.
Thank you in advance for your help.
Best regards,

Re: Question about Online License Options
The Advance licence of Ngene Online is most comparable to the desktop version and it allows running the same scripts.
The Standard licence does not allow Bayesian priors or running multiple scripts at once. These are features consume a lot of cloud computing hence come at a higher cost. There are also several other advanced features that are not supported in the Standard licence that were included in Ngene desktop. So if you want the same functionality as the desktop version, you will need to choose Advanced.

Hi Michiel,
Thank you for your support.
This completely clarifies my question. Since we need the same functionality as our desktop version, we will proceed with considering the Advanced license.
