Thank you! I tried using the Mfederov algorithm with continuous attributes, and it indeed ran faster. Additionally, I noticed that only edge cases did not occur as frequently. Am I missing anything?
Also, may I ask if we could provide the software with a design and get its D-Efficiency score?

It is difficult to say what the outcomes of such a complex script would be and what edge cases could occur.
To evaluate an external design, put the design in a spreadsheet according to the format specified in the Ngene manual, open it in Ngene, and use ;eval = filename.xlsx (or filename.csv) to evaluate its D-error (not D-efficiency, which is defined only for specific orthogonal designs and cannot be calculated in general).
