Ngene formatted scenarios

I am trying to create an efficient design. Is there a way to integrate images in the Ngene formatted scenarios

No there is no way to integrate images in Ngene because Ngene is not a survey instrument, it only generates experimental designs. The formatted scenarios in Ngene are meant for the analyst to quickly check the choice tasks, it is not meant to show to respondents. You can link images to attribute levels in survey instruments like SurveyEngine and Qualtrics when you collect data from respondents.
