Hi all,
I am starting to use Ngene for the first time. First, I am trying to generating full factorial design. I have two alternatives with 4 attributes. All attributes have 4 levels, except one (5 levels). When I run, I can't open the design (I get the message "An unhandled exception has occured"). This happens only when I specify:
;rows=all
Indeed, If I specify a number of rows, for example, 10,000, I have no problems.
I have read in the user guide that the maximum number of rows is 150,000 but in my cases the total number of rows should be 102,400.
Where did I go wrong?
Thanks in advance

Re: Warning: Unhandled exception has occurred
Ngene can generate designs up to 150,000 rows, but the issue seems to be in opening the design. I was able to replicate your problem and get the out of memory as well, so the design is just too large to be opened. We will see if we can fix this issue.
