6 rows is really very little to estimate 6 coefficients, I would recommend to use a design of at least 12 rows. You can give all 12 choice tasks to a single respondent, or block it in 2 and give each block to 100 respondents. Using a larger design with more variation in the data is generally preferred over a very small design with limited variation.

The minimum will work and you can estimate a model, but it may not be very efficient and it may be difficult to estimate more advanced models later on (such as mixed logit that have more parameters).
