OOD: Who coined the term?

Dear all,

The Ngene Manual explains "optimal orthogonal in the differences" (OOD) designs, referring mainly to Burgess & Street (2005) and Street et al. (2005).
However, reading those papers I could not find any paragraph where the authors actually name their method OOD, although several other papers mentioning OOD always refer to these authors.
Does anybody have any idea in which source the name of this design method came up first?

John Rose and I coined this term. The papers by Street and Burgess talk about D-optimal designs, but they are also orthogonal (unlike other D-efficient designs), therefore we called them optimal orthogonal choice designs previously in the literature, and now call them in Ngene simply optimal orthogonal designs.
