I assume that you are referring to integrating a design (not a script) into a survey instrument.
You first need to confirm that the survey instrument supports choice experiments. Most survey instruments do not have such support, but some do, including SurveyEngine, Sawtooth, Qualtrics with choice based conjoint module, Confirmit, etc.
Once you have confirmed that Castor EDC supports choice experiments, the first step will always be downloading the Ngene design as an Excel/CSV file, so in Ngene Online you simply click on Export to Excel.
The next step depends on the survey instrument. Most survey instruments require you to manually recode the attribute levels to design coding. So for example, if you have cost levels 80, 120, and 160 in your Ngene design then you simply recode them to 0, 1, 2 in the spreadsheet. You then import this design into the survey instrument. In SurveyEngine this simply means copy and paste the matrix with design coding. In Qualtrics with the choice based conjoint module you import the spreadsheet itself. In other survey software this may be done differently, please consult the manual of Castor.
In the survey instrument, you need to indicate how each level is presented to the respondent in a choice task. This is again survey instrument specific. For example, you need to indicate for example that level 0 is shown as "80" in the choice task, level 1 is shown as "120", and level 2 is shown as "160", or with text (for categorical variables) or as images. How to do this again depends on the survey instrument.
