Effects coded parameters & rp logit

I have a model with effects coded parameters. The MNL results are good but I'd like to implement this with RP/MMNL or RPPANEL/panel MMNL logit. I can't seem to pass an effects coded parameter to NGene for the RP models, and I don't see the option written into the manual. Is there any way to do it ...

'Block' when assesing an existing design

I have an existing design with 360 rows, 40 blocks (9 questions per respondent). This was blocked previously.

When I import to NGene for evaluation, if I use the 'block' option, NGene creates new blocks. How does it do this? By what criteria? They are quite different than the ones used in the ...

I am doing a "design within a design" for an overlapping (partial profile) study. I have 7 attributes, each with 4 levels, but only want to let 4 vary at a time. I want to hold 3 constant in any choice task. (I will be running a separate design for the 4 attribute combinations.)
