For a labeled DCE based on three screening tests (called blood, stool, and combi) and an opt-out option I used a survey that was based on 3 blocks of 12 choice sets. Based on 3 utility functions with alternative specific parameters I could only estimate 11 parameters for each utility ...

Dear Michiel,

Do you also mean that the high negative value for an off diagonal element in the MNL covariance matrix like b0/b4 = -13.36 is not a problem?

I am not sure if this is what you meant?
