Dear Michiel,
Thank you for the quick response, this will give me a starting point. I appreciate your continued help.
Thanks
Harold.

Re: ASC's in unlabeled choices
Dear Michiel,
Sorry I made a mistake in my previous post. The question is supposed to read as follows;
- What is the limit to the number of variables you would have in Nlogit?

Re: ASC's in unlabeled choices
Dear Michiel,
As a novice with choice experiments, I have been learning how to prepare and analyse data using Nlogit. After reading Hensher's book, I have gained some ideas though I still need your guidance. I just did a test run with my survey and obtained a few responses. My design from Ngene is ...

Sample size when using Latent Class Model
Dear Michiel,
Thank you for guiding me so far on how to go about generating choice sets using Ngene. Your responses have indeed enhanced my understanding of choice experiments. The last time I posted a question, I forgot to mention I intend to use Latent Class Model to analyse data. I have realised ...

Re: Some contradictions in attribute combinations
Dear Michiel,
Thank you for the quick response. I will go through the constraints again, I may have missed something.

Re: Some contradictions in attribute combinations
Hi Michiel,
The levels for the attributes are as follows:
1. Nestingperches&scratching = (1) Present and (0) Absent
2. Production = (1) Battery cages, (0) Colony cages, (2) Barn and (3) Free range
3. Mortality = (3) High, (2) Medium, (0) Low and (1)Very low
Note: The numbers in brackets are ...

Re: Some contradictions in attribute combinations
Hi Michiel,
I made some changes from the last time I posted some questions; I changed my syntax to relax some level combinations. However, it seems like I'm still struggling to have a breakthrough on this. Please guide me on any other method to avoid contradictions in attribute combinations/levels ...

Re: Some contradictions in attribute combinations
Hi Michiel,
I changed some attributes and levels for the design. I redefined the attribute, 'cages', and its levels: 1 = battery caged (-0.126) , 2 = cage free (0.54) and 0 = colony caged (0) as a base. The results I got are as follows:
- D. error = 0.4778
- S. estimates = 224.14
