Thanks for your reply..
Here is the complete syntaxe.
I tried to integrate all prix2-6 into a single attribute prix, and rewrote the restrictions. Same limitations and error messages occured..
If the syntaxe is working without the ...., it means that the conditions are too tight. I ...

Re: Quantity design
The problem is simplified when only one product is concerned.
My purpose is to generate this case for several products, defining alternatives as any quantity from several products..

Quantity design
Hi All
I'm trying to build a design in order to manager discount prices...
I'm treating Nb of units as alternative, and using the Unit Price and Discount Policy as attributes
add2.prix2 is the price for 2 quantities given the price for 1 Unit Add1.prix1 and discount policy

Avoiding duplicates of one attribute in a row
Hi all,
Sorry for abusing your time with all my questions. But I'm finding that Ngene is offering a great flexibility.. And I want to be sure to be able to run correctly some designs..
I found that my DoE is a nested one, and I'm supposing that the nest is based on one attribute .. And I would ...

Re: pilot study for a MMNL model
HI Manuel,
If your survey is Web one.. What I'm used to do, is to use firt observations, to get some good priors,
and plugging a new design of expêriments using those priors.
You won't lose the first observations but you will get higher precision over the following ones
Best regards
Naji

Getting back to my problem
I've 9 solutions where I'd like to analyze choices among those. There is 8 attributes et some are specific to some solutions.
I can't ask the decisionners to choose among 9.. I want to make a subset of 4 solutions proposed.. Idealy each solution should appear only once ...

Re: Design for a Me Too
Hi John,
Thanks for your answer.. I think that issue is situationnal, so it can be hardly implemented in a survey..
Is it possible to share the example? I'll make an attempt for those articles... Thanks a lot for these references
Best regards
Naji

Constraints in NGene
Hi All,
I want to constraint two contunous attrbutes, one to be greater than 1.15 the secund, and lesser than twice the secund
;require:
alt1.premium1 > 1.15 * alt1.confort1,
alt1.premium1 < 1.5 * alt1.confort1,
NGene is not accepting such constraint, any idea , a tick to overcome such issue ...

Design for a Me Too
Hi all
I'd like to build a design for a look like me too issue. That is some subset of the alternatives have the same values of several attributes but must have differrent values on a last one (ie, same bus but 1hour later or next day)..
How can I build such design using Ngene?
Best regards
Naji
