I have the same problem than tn73, that is Ngene does not take into account the constraints I specify (though it is not stated that there is an error).
Design
;alts=alt1*, alt2*, alt3*
;rows=18
;block=2
;eff=(mnl,d)
;Model:

b1.dummy[3|2]*zone1[1,2,0] +

Dummy coding and bayesian priors
Hello all,
I have some issues about correctly specifying dummy coding for a Random parameters model, with either bayesian or fixed priors.
Without specifying the dummy coding, the basic of my design (for the case of bayesian priors) is the following :
